They are of the opinion that Business tools should not be used solely for the purpose of facilitating managerial decisions; neither should such decisions be the responsibility of human resources only. A right mix of Business tools, artificial intelligence and human cognitive senses should be applied so as to find the right strategies and solutions that could be implemented to facilitate the process of managerial decisions.
